SkyRise Miami is more than just a mere observation tower with breathtaking 40 mile vistas of this oceanfront city, its entertainment venues are designed to be enjoyed by visitors and residents alike. From fine dining, to endless entertainment opportunities and attractions, to its ballroom and distinctive event space. SkyRise Miami will offer multiple dining opportunities. This culinary experience will begin at over 840 feet above Miami, offering a variety of different foods surrounded by unsurpassed views.
The Tower Ballroom will be the choice location for every “It” event from South Florida and the Americas. Located at over 750 feet, the views will be spectacular and with approximately 2,500 square feet of pre-function space along with approximately 7,500 square feet of ballroom space and roughly 4,000 square feet of circulation space, the Tower Ballroom will be one of the most incredible locations for galas, celebrations, parties and events in the entire world. The Ballroom is being designed to accommodate 600 seated guests, with adequate pre-function space to accommodate galas, weddings, and business events.
SKYRISE MEETING AND CONFERENCE CENTER
The Tower’s Meeting and Conference Center will be located some 820 feet above sea level. The 9,500 square foot conference center, plus an additional 4,000 square feet of circulation space, will contain private meeting rooms for corporate functions, small events, private parties, seminars and conferences. The space is being designed to be flexible, allowing it to be reconfigured to accommodate board meetings, auditorium style presentations, briefings and conferences of various size requirements. Meetings and events at the conference center will be catered by the Tower banquet and hospitality facilities and personnel.
TOP OF THE PODIUM
Rather than directly entering the Tower, visitors may choose to ascend the grand staircase or to use the convenient escalators to ascend to the Top of the Podium, which is approximately 82 feet above ground. The open-air terrace, will house a casual café with chic food and drink service, while patrons view the Miamarina and Bayside Marketplace to the west and the boats traveling through the intercoastal waterway to the east, they will also watch as the brave souls enjoying the Sky Plunge, land in their midst. The podium terrace will also serve as a premier event space, ideal for performances, large private and corporate cocktail receptions, pre-function receptions for weddings (complete with the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony with breathtaking views) as well as other large-scale galas and celebrations.
